> A credit card reservation or gift certificiate number is required to book all spa appointments. 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all salon & spa services. 48 hour advanced notice is required for spa packages or multiple services. Credit card will be charged, gift certificate will be voided and deposit will be kept if cancellation is made and does not adhere to policy.  All sales are final.

> Plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your first service in order to relax and enjoy our refreshments. We encourage your communication with your spa service provider. Please let us know of any questions or concerns you may have relating to any of the services.

> Please be advised that management reserves the right to adjust the appointed time of schedule or terminate services if guest is tardy for schedule appointment with cancellation of policies.

> Clients Age- Balisimo Nails & Day Spa is dedicated to providing excellent customer service in a "Beyond The Spa" environment. In order to achieve this, spa guests must be 18 years of age. Guests who are 16 and 17 are eligible to recieve facial treatments, only when accompanied by their parent or legal guardian at least 25 years of age, and excludes spa use. Salon and Nail care services are available for all ages that are receiving services only.

> Robes, towels, sandals and shower facilites are all available for your comfort when using our spa facilities. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

> Please refrain from wearing jewelry to spa appointments.

> To help create the most relaxing atmosphere possible, we aks that you do not bring children, unless they have a scheduled appointment for services.

> Clients must be 21 or older and must present I.D. as requested to recieve alcoholic beverages.

> Envelpoes are provided at the front desk for gratuities

Gift Certificate - Gift Certificates are not refundable and must be presented at the time service is rendered. Lost, misplaced or stolen certificates are not refundable, replaced or valid.
